Right after you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, we send out email confirmations. If you opted for bank transfer payment, you will receive the confirmation email as soon as you confirm the order.
We also send status updates for your order to email address you registered with.

If you don’t hear from us after placing an order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, we might have landed there – and mark us as safe, so that we can continue our communication. If you haven’t received any of our emails, please reach out to us at email@example.com to sort things out.
