1 Orders

Right after you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, we send out email confirmations. If you opted for bank transfer payment, you will receive the confirmation email as soon as you confirm the order.
We also send status updates for your order to email address you registered with.

(TIP: if you chose to make an account on our online shop, you will be able to see there the status history of your order).

If you don’t hear from us after placing an order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, we might have landed there – and mark us as safe, so that we can continue our communication. If you haven’t received any of our emails, please reach out to us at i@lampu.studio to sort things out.

The most frequent issue we experience are mistyped email addresses. So please double check your email address when filling in your order details.

The best way to contact us is by replying to our order confirmation email, so that we can immediately see your Order ID.

Please mention your Order ID in the subject.

We strongly advise you NOT to contact us via social media for order-related issues, since our social media specialist is not in charge of the administrative part and won’t be able to help you with that. Requests arrived via email have priority.

Yes, we can add items to your order provided that you reach out to us within 1-2 business days from placing your order. Please email us at i@lampu.studio mentioning your Order ID and we will be happy to assist you.

2 Shipping

Yes, we ship to all EU countries.

We ship in Romania and internationally in most destinations. We don’t have the option to pick-up from store.

Romania: 3-5 business days
International: 5-7 business days (depending on your location)

IMPORTANT: WHAT IS CONSIDERED A BUSINESS DAY?
1 business day means a 24 hours period, Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays and weekends.

For example:
If you place your order on Friday at 11AM, the first business day of your processing&shipping window is Monday.
If you place your order on Tuesday at 8AM, the first business day of your processing&shipping window is Wednesday.

We do our best to notify you when there are delays. During busy times (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday etc.) or due to the Covid-19 pandemic please be mindful that you may experience unusual shipping delays.

For Sibiu only. Since we are a handful of people processing, handling and preparing your orders, we are unable to deliver same-day or next-day orders outside of Sibiu.

It’s possible that your order might arrive in separate deliveries, depending on what we decide will speed up the delivery (if possible). You won’t be charged extra for the two deliveries.

Orders containing both in stock and made-to-order items will ship once the made-to-order items are ready.

Pre-ordered items are made especially for you and are estimated to ship in 2-4 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed, but please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will do our absolute best to get your upcycled lamps to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed with a mix of in stock and custom pre-ordered items may also experience delays in shipping.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-ordered items, you will be refunded your full amount.

Please note items shipped outside of EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through LAMPU Shop.

Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

3 Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund on products within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned products must have their original tags attached and have no signs of wear.

If it has been more than 14 days since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please email us at i@lampu.studio

Please note that all shipping costs – initial, as well as return – will be the customer’s responsibility (except for deliveries in Romania which will be the responsibility of LAMPU Shop). Return shipping labels are not provided by LAMPU Shop and you will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection with your local courier.

Your return shipping fee is not refundable, unless we decide so, based on the information you provided as the reason for your return, which will be reviewed individually.

Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Custom Pre-order + Made to order products

We do not offer exchanges at this time for any of our products. All products can be returned for refund or store credit.

Please email us at i@lampu.studio, specifying the product(s) you want to return and we will provide you with return instructions. Please include the Order ID in the return email request.

Once the returned products reach us, we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, if paid by card. If the order was paid with cash on delivery, you will have to send us your bank details so we can transfer you the owed amount.

If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please let us know and/or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at i@lampu.studio.

4 Payments

We offer card payment and cash on delivery for orders shipped to Romania.

For orders shipped outside Romania, card payment is available.

We use Romanian Leu (RON), EURO or US Dollars.
